Pier Village Engagement Photography | Long Branch NJ | Lindsay + Bill

I met up with Lindsay and Bill the day after Christmas for their winter engagement session. Pier Village is so pretty during every season but this time of the year it looks particularly magical! It was a very crisp day so I was surprised at the amount of people that were out and about! But of course the beach was unoccupied haha! So we had the whole beach to ourselves! Lindsay and Bill were such troopers staying out there with no coats for as long as they did! After some gorgeous beach portraits we found a really cool wall behind one of the restaurants which made for some more beautiful photos. We then walked over to the ice rink for some festivity! I loved spending time with Lindsay and Bill! I met Lindsay this past Fall when she was a bridesmaid in one of my bride’s weddings! These two are such a sweet and awesome couple. They are SO cute together & you really can see the love they share. I cannot wait to photograph their SUMMER wedding at The Gramercy.

Avon-By-The-Sea NJ Engagement Photography | Shannon + Erik

I met up with Shannon + Erik on a beautiful summer day! The weather forecast had been predicting rain so we weren’t sure if we were going to make it before the storm but we lucked out and had absolutely beautiful weather! This couple is SO cute and I had so much fun being with them and walking around the beach & boardwalk in Avon. I LOVED Shannon’s engagement ring, it is so pretty! And their outfits fit perfectly with the beach setting. These two are such awesome, down to earth people and I cannot wait to capture their wedding day this July at the English Manor!

NJ Newborn Photography

It was such an honor to photograph Baby Emme and her sweet family. I had the honor of photographing her parents wedding just a few years earlier and I absolutely LOVE to capture my past couples growing families! Baby Emme is such a precious little girl. She joins two older brothers so she is definitely the little princess of the family! I am so excited to capture her 1st year mile stone this year!

Point Pleasant Engagement Photography | Brianna + Derek

I met up with Brianna and Derek on one of the last warm days of Fall. The beach is by far one of my favorite places to be. Especially when official beach season is over. It makes you appreciate it a little more…the sounds of the waves crashing, the colors of the rocks, how the sand feels against your feet, and how perfectly the sky and shore meet. Briana + Derek’s session was fun and romantic. Derek brought the engraved ring box that he proposed with which gave the session a personal touch. They also have a couples tattoo of a heart shaped lock and a key (see below). I thought that was super adorable! These two are such a sweet couple and I loved photographing their engagement session.

Allaire State Park Engagement Photography | Andrea + Shaun

It was a pretty brisk day when I met with Andrea and Shaun. These two were champs despite the chill and did a fantastic job! We started at Allaire State Park which has been one of my favorite locations for photos this year as there are so many pretty backgrounds to choose from. We walked around a little bit, chatting & getting to know each other more. We ended up near a little area that had flooded in the previous day’s storm- which made for some really awesome photos! We also found a few areas that were so sweetly decorated for Christmas. It was a nice little surprise :) After Allaire we headed over to the Manasquan Reservoir. We weren’t exactly sure where we would end up or if we were even going the right way haha! But after a quick walk through the woods we found some really great spots! These two were so easy to work with, took direction so well and were so fun to hangout with. I can not wait to capture their wedding day in 2019!! (which seems to be right around the corner!)

Natirar Park Engagement Photography | Amber + Chris

This engagement session was by far one of my favorites! Amber and Chris both took a deserved morning off from work to meet with me at Natirar Park in Gladstone, NJ. These two are beyond awesome! We had the best time walking around on one of the most perfect Fall days. The leaves were literally falling off the trees all around us. You can’t ask for anything better! Natirar Park is such a beautiful location with a large open field, a babbling brook and an adorable little bridge. I really enjoyed talking with Amber and Chris and getting to know this sweet couple more. We discussed their upcoming wedding in JAMAICA!!!! Which I am SOOO excited to be photographing for them! Thank you guys for choosing me, I can’t wait for your wedding day!

McLoone's Pier House Wedding | Jamie + Dan | NJ Wedding Photography

What a year it has been! I have had the honor of photographing 12 gorgeous couples and Jamie and Dan’s wedding was such a WONDERFUL way to end my wedding season. These two are so cute and I have been looking forward to this wedding all year! It was a cold and super windy day but that didn’t stop these two from fully enjoying their day AND taking photos outside on the beach! They were both such good sports about being out there and the photos make it all worth it! Jamie got ready with her mom and girls in an awesome Airbnb in Ocean Grove. It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach where Jamie and Dan shared their first look. After quickly snapping some photos on the beach and board walk we booked it back to the house to warm up. I loved taking some fun bridal party photos on the porch there! The party all headed over on the trolley to a little park in Asbury Park for more portraits. The trees and leaves on the ground were gorgeous and the colors of the girls dresses were perfect for this Fall/Beach wedding! One of my favorite photos of the day is everyone throwing leaves up into the air. When that many people throw leaves at the same time, it makes for an epic photo haha. I don’t know how these two were able to stay out in the cold for so long but I’m so thankful they did because it was such a pretty location! The ceremony at McLoone’s was performed by one of the groomsmen and it was so beautiful. The rest of the night seemed to fly by! Cocktail hour was amazing as always and there were a lot of laughs and a few tears shed during the speeches. Jeff from SCE Event Group did a fantastic job keeping the guests dancing all night long! Their Photo Booth was also a hit with guests popping in and out throughout the whole night. This wedding was so much fun and I loved working with this sweet couple so much! Thank you guys for being amazing and for choosing me and my team to capture your special day!

The English Manor Wedding | Melissa + Justinn

Gina & I started our day with the bride at her childhood home. When we arrived there, Melissa and her girls were just about done with hair and makeup. Before Melissa changed into her wedding dress I was able to capture her reading a card from her groom which basically put us all in tears. Once it was time for Melissa to slip into her dress I took some portraits of her in the room she grew up in which was very special. After that it was time to head to the church! It was a beautiful ceremony and we stuck around afterwards to round up Melissa & Justinn’s immediate family for some family portraits. In the midst of the family photos the power went out in the church!! But good thing for flashes, am I right?! The English Manor was the next stop! We captured some seriously awesome photos of the bridal party out front. It is such a beautiful location especially in the peak of fall foliage! The bridesmaids dresses really popped with the contrast of the leaves. I loved that the bridesmaids & groomsmen had some of their own photo ideas- it made it really fun! It was a windy day but the sun was out which made it extremely beautiful! It made me think back to Melissa  & Justinn’s engagement session in Red Bank which was also really windy!! I can’t believe their wedding day has come & gone so quick! While capturing absolutely gorgeous portraits of the two, my team & I gushed to them about how beautifully natural they are in front of the camera! We felt like we could take photos of them all day- haha! Once we were done with portraits, it was time to party!! The reception was so much fun! The photo booth was a huge hit all night long. Justinn had a little outfit change at one point and changed into a sparkly jacket! I absolutely loved that. It was so sweet to see Melissa & Justinn surrounded by all of their loved ones on their special day. These two are so awesome and their love for each other radiates.
