Olde Mill Inn Wedding Photography | Danielle + Jeff | Basking Ridge NJ

Olde Mill Wedding Photography

Danielle + Jeff’s wedding landed on a gorgeous fall day on the first of November. The two each got ready in separate suites at the Olde Mill Inn. Gina was with the guys as they suited up while watching Austin Powers, LOL. I was with Danielle and her girls as they all finished up their last touches with hair and makeup. When Danielle got into her dress our jaws almost hit the floor, she looked so incredibly stunning! The day was full of emotions from her bridesmaids seeing her for the first time, her first look with her dad, and Danielle + Jeff opening each other’s very special and sentimental gifts. Their first look took place exactly where they’d be saying “I do” hours later. There were smiles, laughs and tears. The love these two share is so heartwarming to witness. When it came time for portraits we took advantage of the Olde Mill Inn’s beautiful scenery. I’m obsessed with Fall to begin with so to photograph all of their gorgeous florals with fall colors was so much fun! The whole bridal party was a blast to work with and we moved through the portraits with ease :). The ceremony was, you guessed it, emotional and touching and the two little ring bearers only added to it. They were as cute as could be walking down the aisle. I loved hearing more of Danielle + Jeff’s story and the vows they wrote for each other were beyond priceless! After first dances and speeches, the DJ had Danielle + Jeff play “The Shoe Game” and it was so hilarious and adorable. You can tell that these two are just the best of F.R.I.E.N.D.S!!! Love, laughter and LOTS of dancing filled the rest of the night. It was a perfect day for Danielle + Jeff and I am so honored to have been apart of it in such a special way!

Congratulations you two!

Enjoy the photos!!!

Park Avenue Club Wedding | Katie + Sebastian

Park Ave Club Wedding Photography_7649.jpg

Katie and Sebastian’s wedding day was incredible and landed on a beautiful fall day. Gina started with the groomsmen at Sebastian’s beautiful family home. His parent’s room had soft lighting for details and a special moment of him reading his sweet bride’s card. While that was happening I was with the ladies at Katie + Sebastian’s house right down the road! It was absolutely gorgeous and had lots of window light flooding in which made for great getting ready portraits of Katie. Just when I thought it couldn’t get anymore beautiful, we stepped into her backyard and took advantage of the fall foliage. Katie’s dress was PERFECT and fit her like a glove! Katie + Sebastian’s first look followed shortly after at Park Avenue Club. The love between these two is like something out of a fairytale! We took advantage of the weather + Park Avenue’s property for portraits of the two and their bridal party. The florals were lush and romantic and complimented the bridal party so well. Fun fact about Sebastian’s suit is that it was custom made from Spain and sparkled in the sunlight! The ceremony was elegant and heart felt, and just as the sun went down the two became husband and wife. The reception was a blast from beginning to end. With their sweet first dances and all of the touching and hilarious speeches these two were completely filled with joy all night! Katie and Sebastian, it was an honor being apart of your special day! Thank you for choosing my team + I to capture it!

The Molly Pitcher Inn Wedding | Laura + Matt

Molly Pitcher Inn Wedding Photography

Ok it’s official October weddings are one of my favorite things in the world! Laura + Matt had an absolutely gorgeous Fall wedding at The Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank NJ. The entire day was so joyful and serene! I loved working with this sweet couple from the moment we first met, and I was so excited for their wedding! The day started out with detail photos of Laura and her girls at the Molly. The rooms at this inn are so quaint and adorable. We took advantage of the beautiful light coming in from the windows to capture some portraits and then we headed over to the ceremony which was held at St. Benedicts. This was the first wedding I photographed here and it was incredible! After a beautiful ceremony and family portraits we made our way to the scenic Riverview Gardens in Red Bank for some more bridal portraits. It turned out there was a motorcycle festival going on that day and lots of amazing bikes were lining the streets. The bridal party even got one of the bike owners to let the bride and groom sit on his motorcycle for a few photos, which was super fun! The burgundy in the florals made the bridesmaids dresses pop even more then they already did! The weather was absolutely gorgeous with a mixture of both sun + clouds which I love! After the park we headed back over to the Molly Pitcher Inn for cocktail hour and reception but first of course we had to sneak out for a few more quick portraits of the bride and groom with the romantic sunset light :). Their reception was so much fun! Everyone including my team had a blast! I am so thankful that I get to work with such amazing people inside and out. Congratulations Laura + Matt! Thank you for allowing my team and I to be apart of your special day!

Enjoy the Photos!!!

The Mill Lakeside Manor Wedding | Lindsay + Jason

The Mill Wedding Photography_7253.jpg

This beautiful morning started with bridal prep at Lindsay’s parents house. While the girls finished up with their hair + makeup Gina and I were up in the living room gathering together Lindsay’s details. The window sill had the most gorgeous lighting and was the perfect space to capture all of her details. Upstairs in a quaint little room Lindsay stepped into her Lazaro dress with the help of her mom and sister. Her dress is absolutely fabulous and fit like a glove. With her hair, makeup and jewelry all on point getting in her dress absolutely completed her wedding day look. We had Lindsay’s dad join us for a first look with his daughter. Those moments always get me! Then it was time for her bridesmaids to see her!! As Lindsay walked down the stairs looking so elegant her ladies just lit up when they saw her. It was a moment to remember! All the ladies together looked absolutely gorgeous from head to toe. The girls headed off on the bus while my team and I headed over to the church. The ceremony was in one of my favorite churches! It was so beautiful and filled with many happy tears. Next it was time for bridal party portraits. We went to one of my fave spots, Divine Park in Spring Lake and the lighting was perfect! It was a big bridal party so we had to get everyone to squeeze together but we made it happen! Lindsay and Jay are so cute and not to mention hilarious! Jay kept things so fun all day, cracking jokes left and right. The reception was held at the always gorgeous The Mill Lakeside Manor. The sun sets right over the water there and it’s breathtaking. We got some amazing sunset shots of the two of them on the pier. The reception was a blast with everyone dancing all night long. It was so cute to see all the kids in the bridal party tearing it up on the dance floor too! This wedding was absolutely amazing and it was such an honor to capture Lindsay and Jason’s special day! Congratulations you guys!!!

ENJOY the photos!

The Hamilton Manor Wedding | Lauren + Bobby

The Hamilton Manor Wedding

Ahhhh I’m so excited to share Lauren + Bobby’s incredible Hamilton Manor wedding! I don’t even know where to start with this one lol! Each part of the day was more amazing then the next ending with THE MOST epic reception ever. So let’s start from the beginning! All of Lauren’s ladies looked beautiful in their dusty purple Bella Bridesmaid dresses and Lauren herself looked stunning in her Castle Couture gown. After a few photos at the Hilton we headed to Sayen House & Gardens for Lauren + Bobby’s first look. We found a quant little foot bridge in a peaceful area of the gardens. It was SO pretty there and the light was amazing! I LOVED the colors of the bridesmaids dresses with the florals and greenery by The Flower Cart! When we arrived at the The Hamilton Manor we started with some portraits on their beautiful property and found that there were so many fun little spots! This venue is just amazing! We had plenty of time before the ceremony which allowed for us to really get creative with different photos and locations. We found this hidden area with a graffitied wall which was really cool! The outdoor ceremony was beyond beautiful! Lauren’s Aunt was the officiant and she was able to speak about Lauren + Bobby’s love story in detail and it was so sweet! As far as the reception- I’ve been to many receptions before but walking into this ballroom took my breath away! Lauren + Bobby entered the room to sparklers going off in front of them! One of my favorite parts of the night was when Bobby and his mom had their first dance. They started off with a slow dance and then surprised us all and sprang into “The Git Up” with the whole choreographed dance! It was so fun to watch and capture and totally set the tone for the night! The other awesome part of their reception was the fact that they had a band AND a DJ going at the same time!!! The saxophone player walked through the reception all night! This reception will go down as one of the best ever in my bookI This day was so special and I couldn’t say enough good things it!! Congratulations Lauren & Bobby!

Enjoy the photos :)

The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor Wedding | Lindsay + Bill

The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor Wedding Photography

Lindsay & Bill had an incredible summer wedding at The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor on August 17th! The whole vibe of their wedding day was so chill. Everyone was so relaxed and excited for the day! The morning with the girls was so fun. Lindsay’s bridesmaids surprised her with an adorable photo album of all of their memories together! It was so sweet to watch them all share laughs and reminisce. Bill and the groomsmen were super relaxed playing some video games and goofing around with each other down the hall. Bill had his two sons as groomsmen which was just so sweet! The bond they share is so special! All day long you could tell how happy they were for their dad and Lindsay. Bill’s ring was one of the coolest I’ve seen! I love when couple’s include unique touches that are special to them on their wedding day. Lindsay & Bill had their first look at Deep Cut Gardens surrounded by their family who stood back to watch this grand moment. Afterwards we all had a blast exploring some more of the Gardens! The bridal party had a fun idea for all of them to be scattered throughout the garden with the bride and groom kissing in front! I loved that everyone was getting in on the creativity. :) The colors of the bridesmaid dresses and florals melded so beautifully. Once we finished the bridal party photos we headed over to The Gramercy for more portraits of the bride and groom. The bridal suite at this venue is amazing and gave the two a chance to relax and cool off before the ceremony which was held outdoors and decorated so elegantly with white flower petals lining the aisle. My favorite part was when the guests threw heart shaped confetti as Lindsay and Bill walked back down the aisle as husband and wife! The reception was AMAZING and they had some epic sparklers from SCE Event Group going throughout the night! The speeches from Lindsay’s Dad and Sister and one of Bill’s sons were extremely heartfelt and touching. Everything about this wedding was wonderful and it was such an honor for my team and I to capture their big day!

Congratulations Lindsay & Bill!

The Ryland Inn Wedding | Lauren + Drew

Ryland Inn Wedding Photography

Lauren + Drew’s wedding landed on such a beautiful summer day! It had been insanely hot the day before so it was nice to get a little break from the humidity! While I worked with Lauren + her bridesmaids, Anne + Gina went over with the guys. My assistant Gina is officially in training, so it’s really exciting that she’s able to be along side of the wonderful second shooters I work with! It was such a relaxing day from start to finish and everything about it went smoothly. I loved the soft romantic feel of the day. First look + portraits with this sweet couple was just awesome. The florals we’re so luscious and beautiful! And the colors complimented the dresses and suits perfectly! Lauren + Drew met online, which seems to be so popular nowadays and I love it! Just a guy from Indiana and a Jersey gal gettin’ hitched, hehe! Most of their friends and families were just meeting for the first time that weekend! Which was so cool. Especially to see everyone having such a good time together like they've known each other for years! I have to rave about The Ryland Inn for a second. This was my first time shooting my own wedding here and WOW. This place is literally magnificent, as you can see! I could shoot a million weddings here and I hope I do LOL. Now let’s talk about the reception and how AWESOME the DJ was! Chuck is friends with this couple and many guests there which made it extra special and fun! He knew exactly what to play to get everyone dancing nonstop! I had such a blast at this wedding. It definitely was a night to remember for everyone :)

Congratulations Lauren + Drew!

My daughter's 2nd birthday!

NJ Family Photography_6791.jpg

My baby girl turned 2 years old on Aug 11th! I cannot believe two years have gone by since this sweet girl came into our lives. She is such a blessing and we treasure her so much! We decided to have a unicorn themed birthday party since she loves unicorns and I wanted an excuse to throw a super girly party :P. With her birthday being right in the middle of busy wedding season I didn’t have a ton of time to plan but that ended up being a good thing because it made me make decisions fast lol! I picked up a few unicorn themed decorations and printed out a fun game I found on Pinterest where you had to find your unicorn name and write it on a name tag- that was your name for the day! Anna’s name was Petal Sparkle ;) My husband did such a great job getting the yard all party ready and preparing all the food the day of. Our families also helped out so much and everything came together so beautifully! The older the kids get the more I understand the saying “It takes a village” LOL. Our awesome neighbor let us borrow a 7 foot blow up unicorn sprinkler that was a total hit with all the kids!!! The day went by so quick and I barely got to eat during the party but I was just so filled with joy the entire time to be around all of our family and friends. At one point I even teared up just thinking about how blessed my children are to be surrounded by so much love <3 I am so grateful for my family & friends and it was such a special day celebrating our little Annabelle Grace.
